First Post! Victorian Ribbon Folding and a "Hello!"

Hello and nice to meet you!  Just getting started blogging and preparing to move and start a new job, so bear with us if updates are sporadic.

I am primarily a tsumami kanzashi artist, but I will be posting about that in a bit. When I get to it. ^_^

For now, this is what I've been up to! I’ve been looking at wedding fascinators and headpieces recently, and thought “oh, those are pretty!” Incidentally, I experimented with some Victorian Ribbon Folding techniques for a delightful custom order, so I’m thinking I’ll put them together for a super elegant effect. So far I have some ribbons, roses and Swarovski crystals. ^_^ Keep an eye out for these new designs. :D

Here are some beautiful wedding fascinators I stumbled across on etsy:

Other projects I have going include finishing a sleeping swan, a goldfish and~ some morning glories. I adore morning glories, so I’m happy to make some. This will be my first set of hand dyed/gradated morning glories. I prefer to call them "hand painted morning glories," but then it sounds like I use paint instead of dye, which I don't. lol...

OK, I think that's enough for now. I'm still trying to figure out how to get this interesting, but also just to get it going!!
